How long does it take to process my personalized order?
Since each item is custom-made to your specifications, please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order ships.
Can I see a proof of my design before it is printed?
Yes, for specific high-end custom pieces, we can provide a digital proof upon request. Please include this note in your order comments.
What is your return policy on personalized items?
Because these products are uniquely made for you, we cannot accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or there was a manufacturing error.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your specific location.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours with a photo of the item for a free replacement.
Can I change the text on my order after it has been placed?
Changes can only be made within 1 hour of purchase. After that, your item enters the production phase and cannot be modified.
