At All Personalization, we want you to love your custom home decor; however, because personalized items are uniquely crafted for you, we can only accept returns on products that arrive damaged or contain manufacturing errors. Please contact our support team within 15 days of delivery to initiate a resolution for any quality issues.

Return Process

    Document the Issue

    Take clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item, ensuring the personalization details and any defects are visible for our review.

  • 2.
    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and the attached photos to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 3.
    Prepare Your Package

    Securely pack the item in its original packaging and clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the box.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Resolution

    Once your claim is validated, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a corrected replacement at no additional cost to you.
